We make sure that the equipment is sized correctly to your house and fit properly. We are OBSESSED with the small details. We HARD PIPE our furnaces, we do not use flex connectors. We always put our furnaces on a plastic pad to keep it up off the floor so it doesn't get wet and rusty or suck up dirt and fumes from the basement. Most importantly WE TAKE OUR TIME AND DO IT RIGHT!

This auction listing is for a brand new Heil 80k (up to) BTU 80% efficient single stage natural gas furnace complete with Plenum Transition, new gas ball valve, new electrical shut-off switch, condensate pump, plastic pad and flu, up to 2.5 ton air conditioning unit with plastic pad, disconnect whip and installation. We will remove and replace equivalent sized furnace and A/C unit. Heil features 10 year parts warranty. 412 HVAC provides a 2 year warranty on workmanship. A new digital programmable thermostat is also included.

A 3 year clean and check is included on both the furnace and air conditioning unit from time of install.
