The American Leadership Forum of Tacoma/Pierce County (ALF) is excited to host our Inaugural Leaders Who Inspire Luncheon on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 11:30 AM at Hotel Murano in Tacoma, and you are cordially invited join this powerful celebration of leadership and community impact. This meaningful event will bring together cross-sector leaders from across South Puget Sound to celebrate transformational leadership through our inaugural Leaders Who Inspire Awards, and catalyze new collaborations that strengthen civic life and drive equitable change for the greater good of Pierce County.

ALF was founded to join and strengthen a diverse community of leaders in Pierce County and deepen their capacity to serve the common good. For over 36 years, we have provided transformational leadership development through our year-long Fellows Program and our active Senior Fellows network of nearly 700 members. Our approach is grounded in relationship, trust, and courageous dialogue, designed to bridge divides, build civic resilience, and catalyze systems change.
