I consent to allowing GiveSmart to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

By registering, bidding, or donating, you agree to the following:

Bidding

All bids are final.
The highest bid at auction close wins the item.
Auction closing times may be extended if bids are placed in the final moments.

Payment

Winning bidders authorize the organization to charge the credit card on file at the end of the auction.
Payment is required in full for all winning bids.

Items

All items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
Some items may include restrictions such as expiration dates or blackout dates.
If winning bidder does not ship or pick up their items within six (6) months of event closing date, the Wild Foundation reserves the right to reclaim the item, return it to inventory and no refund of funds to winner.

Shipping & Handling Fees

·         All winning bidders pay shipping charges and are responsible for all tariffs, taxes, duties and any other additional costs associated with shipping outside of the teams' country. All winning bidders will have the option to forgo shipping charges and pick up their items at the Minnesota Wild's offices in St. Paul.

Tax Information

Auction purchases may only be tax-deductible to the extent that the amount paid exceeds the item’s fair market value.
