Important Auction & Gala Information

By bidding in ESF auctions, each bidder agrees to these auction rules: 

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise specifically noted. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items or services once purchased.
All items are purchased "as is." ESF neither warrants nor represents the products and services and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of product descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this online catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
Unless otherwise specified, all auction items/services must be used within one year.
Unless specified, dates and times of experiences are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and buyer.
Winning bidder is responsible for picking up or making arrangements for their auction items.
Unless otherwise notified, all credit cards on file will be processed for winning bids/purchases at the close of the auction.
 

Gala Ticket Sales & Cancellation Policy 

All Gala ticket sales are final.
If you are unable to attend, your unused tickets will be considered a donation to the Eureka Schools Foundation. Your contribution will directly support the enrichment programs that ESF funds, including music, art, libraries, and STEAM initiatives. By not requesting a refund, you help us continue to enhance and enrich the educational experience of every student in the district. Thank you for your generosity and understanding.

As a courtesy, please notify us of cancellations no later than one week prior to the event so that we can update the headcounts with the venue.
 

FAQ's
How do I place a bid on an item?

You can view items through either the link at the top ("Items") or the Browse, Bid, & Buy section ("View Items"). After registering, just click on the item that you're interested in bidding on, and follow the prompts to place your bid!

Why enter my mobile number when I bid?

By entering your number, you'll get alerts when you're outbid, so you can go back and bid on that item to be sure you win! You'll also receive an alert if you have the winning bid when the auction closes. 
  

What is the dress code?

This is a formal event.  Cocktail attire recommended.
 

Is there an age limit?

This is an adults only, 21 and up event
