This "Wine Lovers Experience" includes an evening of tasting and learning about wine with Sips Ensemble, while nibbling from a robust cheese & charcuterie board. The experience is structured for a group of 8 people. The wine educational component will last 2 hours, covering a tasting of 6 different wines, curated by Sips Ensemble based upon the selected wine theme. Mike and Vanessa De Courcy, DipWSET, are the couple behind Sips Ensemble LLC. They are Minnesota licensed Wine Educators and Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 4 Certified. All wine service materials, including wine and stemware, will be provided by Sips Ensemble. The wine theme and location will be decided between the host and wine educators.
