Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and full-bodied wine with a dense purple color, inky fruit, and hints of graphite and earth. This wine is inspired by the Pey Family's travels in France and Italy, where they learned about wine and developed a "bold-yet-balanced" winemaking style. It is carefully crafted to truly represent the best a region has to offer. Some sources describe the wine as having aromas of Satsuma plum, red currant, anise and baking spices, with flavors of black cherry, raspberry and milk chocolate, and a smooth finish.

"Summer Sanctuary" is an original oil on canvas from local New Paltz artist, Emeline Hastings. Emeline says, "This is one of my favorite spots while hiking. It's meditative, breezy and cool."
