WHAT IS THE JUBILEE JAMBOREE?
This year's Jubilee Jamboree will take the place of our annual fundraiser, The Mane Event. This year, our day will be filled with an auction, grade-level booths/games, bingo and more! Our festivities will not end there. After 5:00 mass, our adult-only event will be an evening of live music, karaoke, cornhole tournament, food trucks and a Biergarten!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Anyone & everyone! We hope you, your family, and friends can all attend. Saint Matthew Church parishioners are invited to join the fun, as well as alums, alumni parents, and anyone else interested in supporting our school!
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY SPONSORSHIP PURCHASE?
Each Sponsorship does include special perks and tickets, depending on the level. Please see sponsorship tab for detailed information.
WHO BENEFITS FROM THE JUBILEE JAMBOREE?
All proceeds benefit the students at Saint Matthew School! Historically, funds from the Mane Event have raised money for 'extras' to supplement our school's programs. In the past, we have used the funds to upgrade our STREAM lab, install the middle school courtyard, purchase 3D printers, purchase and operate the bus, update the elementary playground with turf and new fencing, and much more.
This year, we will be raising money for new tables and chairs in the library!
WHAT TO KNOW FOR NOW?
Three important things to keep in mind for now: 1) Register early - once you register on GiveSmart you can begin receiving updates via e-mail and/or text message about auction items, event updates, and more, 2) Save the Date for 9/13/2025!

Auction Rules
Jubilee Jamboree 2025, will be held at Saint Matthew School.
The daytime, family friendly event is on Saturday September 13, 2025 from 1:00-4:30 pm
The evening, adult-only event will be from 6:00-10:00 pm.
Sponsorships are available and include different benefits for each level, with various advertising options for pre, during and post event.
NOTES:
1) Items that are considered Priceless, One of a Kind, etc will have a Fair Market Value displayed as $99,999 to represent the designation of 'Priceless'.
