How much are tickets?
Individual tickets to the event are $175. Table sponsorships are available starting at $2,000.

What is the expected attire for the event?
Formal attire is recommended. Ladies generally wear ball gowns, and men wear tuxedos or suits. Please see our photo gallery for examples.
I am interested in volunteering. Who should I contact?
We will need many volunteers for set-up, night-of, and tear-down. Please sign-up for a shift HERE. If you need more information, please reach out to Amber Killingbeck at amber@vanessabehan.org.
About Reservations
How do I make reservations?
Registration will open in late July and a link will be provided on this page. Previous guests of the ball will also receive an email invitation. Click HERE to join our email list!
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No. There are no printed tickets for the event. Check in at event registration when you arrive to receive your table assignment, bidder number and event program.
Do you have a special room rate for guests who want to stay at The Davenport Grand?
We do! Please visit Marriott's Event Reservations to check availability for our block. Last day to book for the special rate is Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
After the Ball
I left an item at the Pumpkin Ball. Where can I retrieve that?

Where do I pick up my auction items?
Live Auction and in-Person Silent Auction items and raffle prizes can be picked up following the program in the Registration Room (Meeting Room 1) across the hall from the ballroom.
Online Silent Auction items will be available for pick up at Vanessa Behan after the event. Winning bidders will receive an email with pick up instructions.
Items that consist of just gift certificates will be mailed on Wednesday, October 22 to the address we have on file unless we hear otherwise
