We are raising funds to provide Glide Care G-5 Lightweight Foldable Electric Wheelchairs for individuals living with ALS.

These wheelchairs offer comfort, mobility, and independence with a design that is both lightweight and foldable for easy transport and storage. By contributing, you are helping Compassionate Care ALS purchase multiple chairs, ensuring more families have access to this life-changing equipment.

Donation Levels

• $1,400 - Fully funds one wheelchair
• $700 - Covers half the cost of a wheelchair
• $350 - Covers a quarter of a wheelchair
• $100 - Contributes toward our overall goal
