Named after both Holly and Becky's middle name and a nod to BizTown. It starts with a cup of "Jo" cold brew then sweet-talks its way into your heart with vanilla vodka, a splash of blueberry syrup, a dash of Licor 43, and a dreamy float of cream. It's smooth and built for go-getters who like their hustle with a hint of sweetness. Cheers to the Jo Biz-because who says business can't be fun?
The Grand Jo's
Becky and Holly are a grandma/granddaughter team who both have the middle name Jo - thus the Grand Jo's. It's a middle name that began with Becky's mother and used several times in each generation since. It wasn't until Holly was born that the story behind the first in the family was told. Becky's grandfather loved Joe Lewis the boxer. When Becky's mother was a girl instead of a boy, she was still named after Joe Lewis - and so have several others in the following three generations. Most of Holly's growing up years were spent next door to Becky, so they have always had a close relationship. The family business, which is now being run by the fourth generation, is just down the road. You can understand why family is important to them. Holly spent several years in the hospitality business both here and in Durham, NC. You may have met Holly when she was serving at Artisan, Essence, or the Jackson Roof Top, before her current position at Welch Packaging in customer service. Becky has retired but stays very active in the community serving on the Board of the Community Foundation of Elkhart County and chairing the Placemaking Committee. Becky was honored to receive the Helen Murray Free Recognition for Women in/owned Business in November 2023 at the 9th Annual JA Business Legacy Hall of Fame Gala but is even more honored to be a part of this event promoting BizTown. BizTown remains a favorite for her grandchildren.
