The Twisted Sisters: Sassy and Classy

Whether you're turning heads or keeping it cool, this dynamic duo has your mood covered.

Sassy brings the fire. A bold blend of Orange Jameson, triple sec, a splash of cranberry and lime juice, topped with fizzy ginger beer. It's lively, confident, and just the right kind of extra.

Classy, her equally fabulous counterpart, keeps it polished with orange juice, cranberry, lime, and a refreshing pour of club soda. No alcohol needed! Just pure, elegant flavor.

Two sisters. Two styles. One irresistible flavor showdown.
Are you feeling Sassy or Classy?

About Jodi

Jodi is the lucky lady married to Chris, proud mom to three daughters (Kimber, Taylor, and Beck), and wears her "Nana" title to Drew, Maeve, and Luke as her favorite promotion yet! When not making memories with family, she's busy being a Community Enthusiasm Director (unpaid but richly rewarded) throughout Elkhart County. Her 30-year "hobby" of connecting generous hearts with meaningful causes accidentally turned into a career, and she's been having too much fun to stop.

As founder of Jodi Spataro Philanthropy, she spends her days helping organizations unlock their potential - basically a professional key-maker for community good! She's been a Tri Kappa sister for 10 years and credits her seventh-grade Junior Achievement experience with teaching her the essential life skills of balancing a checkbook and setting aside money for both savings and charity (though she admits the "savings" part often loses to her weakness for her grandbabies).

When not strategizing ways to make the world better, you might find her ringing handbells for her church choir, likely while plotting her next community project. Her business cards should really say "Professional Community Cheerleader," but she settled for "Philanthropy Consultant" because it fits better on the card.

About Julie

Julie is the wife to Jeff, proud mom to three kids (David, Katey, and Michael), and Grammy JuJu to Haiden. Her management skills extend to the four-legged and finned family members: Sami the wonderdog, Charley the cranky cat, Sosa the 150-pound grandpup, and Fetty the grandfish that joined the family 9 years ago because of a lifecycle lesson at school.

Julie swapped her teacher's paycheck for the stay-at-home mom life 26 years ago and holds the prestigious title of CEO-Chief Encouragement Officer-specializing in volunteer work paid exclusively in smiles, heartfelt thank-you notes, and happy tears which she collects and uses to water her garden of good deeds. When not volunteering, you'll find her tackling difficult jigsaw puzzles including one that was clear, another with a whopping 40,320 pieces, and some with endless sky pieces that would make most people question their life choices. She approaches both puzzles and community problems with the same determination: staring them down until they surrender their solutions.

Her 31-year membership in Tri Kappa and involvement with Dollars for Scholars proves she just can't quit helping the community! Julie loves the support BizTown provides for teachers and the way it connects students with real-world skills disguised as fun. When not bartending for charity or hunting for a missing edge piece, she's probably planning her next volunteer project while simultaneously texting her kids to see if there are any takers for homemade cookies.

What's a Tri Kappa, you ask?

We're not just women who really love the letter K! Tri Kappa is a sisterhood of superheroes disguised as regular community members - a uniquely Hoosier tradition since 1901 that exists only within our state borders. The Elkhart chapter proudly joined this sisterhood in 1911 and has been an unstoppable force of good for over 110 years!

Our mission is beautifully simple: bringing women together to promote charity, culture, and education throughout our beloved community. You might know us from our famous fall Pumpkin Grams (delivering seasonal cheer one doorstep at a time) or our spectacular spring Tri Kappa Antique & Artisan Show (where treasure-hunting meets community-building).

Think of us as Elkhart's secret ingredient for community goodness: one part fundraising prowess, one part volunteer passion, and one part friendship, shaken (not stirred) into the perfect cocktail of local impact. The best part? Every dollar we raise goes right back into our community through local charities and scholarships-proving that when Elkhart women get together, remarkable things happen! So order another round - it's for charity, after all!
