The buyer will be partners with Pierce's Hereford Haven and Coyote Ridge Ranch and will receive revenue sharing on semen and certificates after expenses including but not limited to collection, storage and any agreed upon advertising of Red Cloud. Buyers will receive 50 units per breeding season. All semen and certificate sales will be through Pierce's Hereford Haven and divided after all expenses are deducted on a yearly basis. No sale of this interest will be allowed unless agreed upon by PHH and CRR. After this sale price on semen and certs will be agreed upon by all owners with a majority consensus setting price.
