Smoked Country Ham cured this year. Weighing 18-20 pounds and smoked using hickory wood at the Clifty Farm plant in Scottsville, KY by 4-H students and Sacred Selections grant recipients Isaiah and Alexander Ledbetter.

it will be available for deliver mid-to-end of September as it still needs to be judged at the State Fair!
