William J. Grace is a New York civil trial lawyer, born in Staten Island, New York. He attended Fordham University and Fordham Law School. For over 30 years, he has been a partner with his brother Michael in the law firm of Grace & Grace in Westchester County. Together with his brother and the firm, he has attained the highest rating of professional excellence by Martindale Hubbell, the lawyers' peer review rating system.

William, along with his daughters Elizabeth and Christine, moved to Greenwich from Pelham Manor approximately two years ago. William is also a visual artist presently affiliated with the Greenwich Art Society and its school.

William is paired with Fred Astaire Professional Carol Koutouvides

Carol earned her Master of Arts in Education from St. Joseph University in CT with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction. She began ballroom dancing in 2005 and specializes in Argentine Tango. As a competitive dancer, she placed first in the 2020 Tango Championship in New York City. She also placed first in this year's Tango Championship in Washington D.C.

Carol is a National finalist in all four categories of the Argentine Tango USA Championship.
