Contest Rules & Information:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. All tickets will be digital and emailed to the entrant upon completion of the transaction.
- Ticket sales will be open from Thursday, April 10 at 11:59 p.m. through Friday, May 23 at 11:59 p.m.
- The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, May 27 at noon. Winner will be notified via phone or email.
- Winner must be 18 years of age or older and have proof of insurance at the time the car is titled.
- Winner must pick up car at the Julie Billiart School campus of their choosing within 30 days of drawing.
- If the winner does not claim the vehicle within 30 days of the drawing, another winner will be drawn.
- Winner must pay all license, registration, and title fees.
- Winner is responsible for any personal taxes including state, and federal income tax, etc.
- Purchasers of tickets, by participating in the raffle, release the Raffle Sponsor (Julie Billiart Schools) and its employees from any and all liability, loss or claim arising out of any raffle prize, expressly waive any such claim and agree that the liability, if any, of the Raffle Sponsor shall be limited to the raffle ticket price paid. In case of any dispute regarding the conduct of the raffle, the decision of the Raffle Sponsor shall be final.
