Mindful Movement with Jean Skaane

Give your child and their friends the gift of movement, mindfulness, and fun!

Join Brookwood's very own Wellness Coordinator, Jean Skaane, for a 45-minute Mindful Movement session designed for curious and playful 6-10 year olds.

This special experience includes:
ðŸ§~ Playing the enchanting "singing bell"
ðŸ§~ Choosing from favorite yoga poses and games
ðŸ§~ A fun and engaging way to practice mindfulness and movement together

Gather a group of friends (up to 12 participants) for this one-of-a-kind session, perfect for building focus, flexibility, and relaxation in a playful setting.
