Pitt Academy is fully accredited by the Kentucky Non-Public Schools Commission, Inc. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 independent Catholic K-12 Archdiocesan school with a non-denominational enrollment policy, serving students with special needs and learning differences. The teachers at Pitt focus on the abilities of the students, not their disabilities. Lessons are structured to meet individual academic levels; as each student has their own strengths, learning styles and challenges. The environment at Pitt Academy gives students every opportunity to reach their educational, social and creative potential in a learning environment that meets the needs and abilities of each student.

Each year over 50 percent of our student body apply for financial aid. For the 2024-25 school year the amount of financial assistance needed was approximately $512,000.00. I can personally speak to the difference that any donation can make to a life of a student and their family. Very often it is the exact difference in them thriving in Pitt Academy's individualized program, or facing having to pull their student from an environment where they have flourished.

All proceeds from Birdies and Bourbons directly benefit our students by funding tuition assistance.
