Bring your grit and fun attitude, and get ready to sweat! The Gala Chairs invite you to a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class at the Lake Country WAC with Meg Anderson's personal trainer of 20 years, Mike Lederer. Music will be blaring as you use a variety of fun equipment and movements -- from using free weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls, to pushing the tank and flipping tires, this super fun and dynamic class will leave you riding out stronger than you rode in.
