Grey Team — Event Policies & Guidelines

1. General Code of Conduct

To ensure a dignified, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, attendees of any Grey Team event are expected to:

• Adhere to all event policies, venue rules, and security protocols.
• Conduct themselves respectfully and refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Avoid wearing attire with offensive, political, or divisive language or imagery.
• Follow all staff instructions and posted signage.

Note: Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Registration & Entry

• All attendees must present valid photo identification and a digital or physical event ticket at check-in.
• Pre-registration is required; no tickets will be sold at the door unless stated otherwise in event materials.
• Name badges issued at check-in must be worn while inside the event space.

3. Security Protocol

• All guests and belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry.
• Prohibited items may include: weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, drones, large bags, political signs, and other items deemed unsafe by security.
• Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone considered a security or reputational risk.

4.Attire & Dress Code

Dress code requirements vary by event. Attendees must follow the standards communicated in event materials. Attendees not meeting the stated dress code may be denied entry.

5.Photography & Media Policy

Official Photography

Grey Team events may be professionally photographed and/or recorded by authorized media personnel. By attending, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used for promotional, archival, and media purposes without compensation.

Personal Photography

• Personal photos are permitted only in designated areas and must not obstruct guests, speakers, or staff.
• Flash photography is prohibited during presentations and indoor programming unless otherwise noted.
• Livestreaming or video recording is prohibited without prior written approval from event organizers.

Press & Media

Credentialed media must register in advance and display press credentials. Unauthorized press or commercial filming is prohibited.

Privacy Zones

Designated VIP, backstage, and green room areas may be photography-free zones.

6.Speaker & VIP Interaction

Approaching VIPs, speakers, or honored guests without authorization is not permitted. Autographs, photos, or conversations must take place only during designated, staff-managed meet-and-greets.

7.Disclaimers

All Grey Team events are private and admission is at the discretion of the organizers. Policies are subject to change without notice to address safety or operational needs.

8.Donations & Pledge Collection

• Financial pledges made during events will be collected at the end of the program unless otherwise stated.
• Staff will assist with pledge forms, processing, and confirmations.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated on event materials. Contributions are final and tax-deductible where permitted; receipts issued post-event.

9.Injury & Liability Waiver

By attending, guests assume risks associated with attendance, including injuries or unforeseen incidents. Grey Team, venues, partners, and sponsors are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or damages arising from attendance. Basic medical assistance may be available on-site.

10.Refund Policy & Legal Exceptions

All ticket sales are final and refunds are not issued for weather, travel, program changes, or personal conflicts. Refunds may be considered only if:

• The event is officially canceled and not rescheduled;
• The event is relocated more than 50 miles from the original venue;
• An attendee is denied entry in error despite meeting policies;
• A documented medical emergency occurs and a request is submitted within 5 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Grey Team retains discretion over refund decisions.

11.Venue Policy Alignment

Events may take place at venues with specific rules. Attendees must follow venue policies which may supersede Grey Team guidelines where applicable.
