If you're happy and you know it--it's the wine! You'll surely enjoy sipping and sharing any of the three bottles of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines:
2016 Château de Beaucastel Tasting notes: Youthfully reticent, but warm and polished in feel, with a large core of cassis, raspberry and cherry puree notes lying in wait for now. Threads of red licorice, warm stone and singed mesquite and cedar emerge steadily through the lengthy finish as the fruit unwinds slowly.
2016 Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe "La Crau" Tasting notes: Crushed stones and black tea to go along with ripe raspberries and black cherries.
2012 Domaine du Pegau Tasting notes: A dark, alluring style, with tobacco, chestnut and alder notes surrounding a core of blackberry, plum and cherry fruit. Lots of garrigue details line the finish, showing a warm paving stone hint.
