This problem was first brought to our attention at Polo on the Green in 2021, when Charlie (pictured) needed to be changed, and his mom Nancy changed him on the floor. She explained this is a common occurrence when they are out in public, but the solution is simple - adjustable height universal changing tables are needed for public spaces.
