Off-Road Trail Run with Mr. Jenista!
Weather permitting, this is a one-day off-road adventure in a modified 2004 Land Rover Discovery II G4 on an easy-to-medium difficulty USFS-designated full-size OHV route in the Pikes Peak region for up to 4 passengers (total is seatbelt-limited), of which at least one passenger must be a parent if any riders are under the age of 18. Partial list of available trails includes any Easy (green) or Medium (blue) trail in Area 7 in the current issue (4th Edition) of FunTreks Colorado Backroads and 4-Wheel-Drive Trails, reviewable at https://funtreks.com/product/guide-to-colorado-backroads-4-wheel-drive-trails-4th-edition/. Driver retains final approval for selected trail, including decision to proceed or cancel based on conditions encountered on the trail itself the day of the adventure (a rescheduled event will be arranged if cancellation is necessary). Passengers must provide their own lunches in portable containers, but are not responsible for fuel or other costs. Elevation along trail may exceed 10,000 feet MSL, and trail or weather conditions may require short periods of hiking, so passengers should be prepared accordingly. Other conditions may apply.
