A Chocolate Dessert Class taught by Chef Gale Gand for up to 12 people in your home on a date agreeable for both parties, in the greater Chicago area, or over Zoom.

Chef Gale will demonstrate two chocolate desserts that you and your guests will enjoy, plus teach the history of chocolate, how it is grown, harvested and made into beans, bars.

• The class lasts two (2) hours and Chef Gale provides ingredients, equipment and tastes. You provide an oven and cook top, plates, forks, and any beverage you want to consume.
