Come join Mr. Rottman for some amateur birding in Rock Creek Park! DC's premier park is a great place to find a wide variety of birds, especially as migrations continue in the spring. This very casual adventure will take us on an approximately 4-mile hike along dirt trails to see what we can find and will last about two hours. Red-bellied woodpeckers, tufted titmice, and chickadees are all common, but maybe we will be lucky enough to see a barred owl or pileated woodpecker! 20 spaces available.
Birding will take place on May 31 at 8:00am.
