Heartworm is entirely preventable and treatable, but the three rounds of treatment are uncomfortable and pricey. While a heartworm positive dog is recovering from treatment they must be on a strict exercise restriction to make sure their heart rate isn't too elevated. It's especially tough for young, energetic dogs. Your donation of $250 will help cover the cost of one round of heartworm treatment for a dog!

Every dog deserves the chance to retire in a comfortable home free from pain. Many seniors are expensive to welcome, often needing at least a dental. A gift of $500 can change the life of a senior in need!
