Join us to see horseshoe crabs in prime time! This one-of-a-kind experience to be community scientists will have your group amazed at the sight of this natural phenomenon. Clamp on a headlamp and head out at night with our Research and Conservation team to survey 1-km of the Delaware Bay beach and count some of the hundreds of thousands of horseshoe crabs that come ashore to lay eggs, or work alongside our knowledgeable team to help rescue stranded and/or impinged horseshoe crabs, increasing their survival rates and population. It's an instant feel-good learning experience! Your group of up to 6 people will be working hands-on with our researchers to collect data that is so important to this species that we depend on for our health and the well-being of our world.

Limited survey dates will be offered in May-June 2026, with arrangements to be made at least one month in advance.
