The TST Nursery School Annual Benefit is the school's biggest fundraising event of the year.

The admission ticket price covers the cost of the event expenses.
If you are in a position to give, please consider purchasing an event sponsorship package, underwriting faculty tickets, and bidding in the online silent auction and at the live event.
All proceeds from this event will support the enhancement of the school, professional development, financial aid, and much more!

Auction Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. All auction items must be paid for on the night of the auction. Items not paid for may be offered to other buyers or donated to charity at the discretion of the benefit committee.

2. Successful buyers on items and services that must be picked up from, arranged with, or discussed with the donor must contact the donor directly by the date specified in the terms and conditions of the item.  Unless otherwise specified, dates, times and places are to be arranged at the mutual agreement of the donor and buyer.

3. Buyers are responsible for noting expiration dates and restrictions of the items and services they buy.

4. All sales are final and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by donors.  All items and services have been donated to Temple Shaaray Tefila ("TST") Nursery School for sale at The Golden Hour Gala 2025 and are not being sold by the donors.  Purchasers may not ask for refunds, credits or exchanges.

5. NEITHER TST NOR ANY PERSON ASSISTING WITH THE AUCTION MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS, SERVICES OR PRIZES IN THE AUCTION, OR THE DONORS OR PROVIDERS THEROF.  NO INVESTIGATION WAS MADE INOT THE QUALITY OR VALUE OF ITEMS, SERVICES, OR PRIZES, NOR INTO THE QUALIFICATIONS OR BACKGROUNDS OF DONORS OR PROVIDERS.  ALL ITEMS AND SERVICES ARE SOLD WHERE-IS AND AS-IS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE CORRECTNESS OF DESCRIPTION, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, GENUINENESS, AUTHENTICITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.

6. EACH ATTENDEE AND OR PARTICIPANT IN THE AUCTION RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT NEITHER THE TST PA NOR ANY PERSON ASSISTING WITH THE AUCTION SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY OCCURANCE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITEMS, SERVICES OR PRIZES WON OR PURCHASED AT THE AUCTION.
