Who attends Zoo Rendezvous?
This is an adult only celebration, which includes anyone over the age of 16.
How much are tickets and where can I get them?
Individual tickets are $200 and include admission for the cocktail reception, dinner and live auction. Tables for 10 are available for $2,000. If you want to purchase a table but need help to fill the seats please reach out to us.
New for Zoo Rendezvous 2025: Individual VIP tickets are available for $300. In addition to the regular ticket, the VIP ticket will include early access for a special cocktail reception featuring a signature cocktail and a special zoo experience.

Once an order is submitted you will receive confirmation by text and email upon payment. Your guests will receive a confirmation email if you have provided their email address.

How can I participate in Zoo Rendezvous?
Attend the event! Consider providing additional support as an event sponsor or giving an additional donation. All funds raised support our mission of enhancing animal well-being, conservation education and species recovery!
If you are unable to attend in person, we hope you consider donating to the Oregon Zoo Foundation in lieu of attendance.

Where should I park?
Parking is available in the Washington Park lot outside the main entrance of the zoo and fees can be paid using the ParkingKitty app. Check out https://parkingkitty.com/ for more information on parking in Washington Park.
We encourage guests who will be consuming alcohol to take Lyft, Uber or public transit to and from the venue.

This event and auction are in-person only. Buy your tickets now!
What is Festive Cocktail attire?
Zoo rendezvous is a fun and festive event at the zoo. We'd love to see your best floral or animal print make an appearance!

TICKET INFORMATION:
Can I purchase tickets for others?
Yes! You can purchase individual tickets for your entire group or purchase a table for a group of 10. You will be prompted to add information for each guest before checking out. Please remember to add a valid email address for each attendee so that we can send a ticket confirmation and reminders for the event. Family groups can use the same email address.
Do I need to include my and my guest's email addresses?
Yes, this is the best way for you and your guest(s) to stay up to date with event details and reminders, confirm your attendance and to update your information. Email will be our primary form of communication for the event.
Can I make changes to my or my guest's information after I purchase tickets?
Yes! Once you complete your transaction online, you will receive a purchase notification email. Select the 'Update Attendee Details' link and follow the prompts to set up your account.
What if I have difficulties signing on to www.oregonzoo.org/gala or updating attendee information?
We are here to help! Please email Lesley Rodell at [email protected] with your updates and we will get the information changed in the system.

Do I have to save a credit card on file?
It is not required at the time you get your ticket, though it is highly recommended. Adding your credit card information before arriving will help quicken the check-in process on event day and be treated as a placeholder card. You can always change your payment method at the end of the evening. You will not be charged unless you raise your paddle to donate, buy a raffle ticket or win a live auction prize!
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card information is not stored once the charges have been submitted.
Can I change my payment method at the end of the night?
Yes! You can pay by check or with a different credit card, cash is not accepted at this event. Any card information is not stored in our system after the event.
Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?
Yes! All attendees will receive an emailed receipt at the end of night (the same email used for your ticket confirmation). We can also provide a physical receipt if we have your mailing address on file. We will send physical receipts in the days following the event.
