Education Fair to be held during the 
96th annual State FFA Leadership Conference

The Career & Education Fair will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
New Location: Tucson Convention Center, Tucson, AZ

This is a great opportunity to share with students the career and educational opportunities available to them. 

 We welcome universities, community colleges, technical and trade schools. The Career & Education Fair will be held at the Tucson Convention Center. The general sessions will be held at the University of Arizona.

 

Exhibtior Registration -- includes table and 2 chairs (table cover not provided)

  • Early Table Top fee is $150- Ends May 1 
  • Late Table Top fee is $200- Ends May 15


Table Top & Space for a Piece of Equipment based on availability

  • Early Table Top and Equipment Space fee $200 - Ends May 1 
  • Late Table Top fee and Equipment Space fee $250 - Ends May 15


Star Level Donors

  • Star Level Donors of the Foundation that have made a contribution of $2,500 and above since July 2024 may receive a complimentary space. Contact the Foundation for the code.


Schedule

  • Set up: June 5 from 6:30 -7:45 am
  • Career & Education Fair 8 am - 4 pm
  • Tear down: Immediately following the closing of the Career & Education Fair
