ABOUT THE CLAY STUDIO OF MISSOULA RESIDENT ARTIST MINI AUCTION

Welcome to our online auction highlighting the talents of current Clay Studio of Missoula long-term resident artists! Proceeds from this special online auction support resident artists in their endeavors to create their works and pursue professional development opportunities. 

Bidding begins on Monday February 17 at noon MST
Auction closes Sunday, February 23 at 7pm MST

Bidding for auction items begins at half retail value, bid increments vary based on the retail value of the item. You must be registered to bid prior to placing bids on any items. You will be asked to enter your credit card information before you can place your bid.

Payment for Works
If you are notified that you are the winner for an item, you will be invited by the bidding system to self check out. If you plan to pay by alternative means (check or cash payment in person), please contact us by noon on Monday, February 24 via phone (406-543-0509) or email [email protected], otherwise we will process your card on file and you will be charged processing fees (3.63%)

Local PickUp
If you are a winner of an item and are able to pick up at The Clay Studio of Missoula, you may pick up items starting Tuesday, February 25. Gallery hours are 12-5pm on weekdays and 12-3pm on Saturdays 

Shipping
Shipping is not included in the price of auction items. A staff member will be in touch within a week to discuss shipping costs and arrangements for your winning bid. We do our best to keep these expenses as minimal as possible. Please expect 2-3 weeks to receive shipped auction items form the close of the auction
