Your registration fee includes 18 holes of golf and cart, free driving range prior to the event, complimentary drink ticket, swag bag, breakfast sandwich & bloody mary bar, delicious dinner, and inspiring program.

- $40 Dinner Only | Dinner only guests may begin to arrive at 4pm and will have access to the bar, raffles, auctions and are invited to enjoy a delicious dinner and program.

Thank you for your monetary support to individuals with Down syndrome and other related disabilities in South Central Wisconsin!
Your donation can:
- provide education classes such as American Sign Language, public communication, and daily living.
- help fund community outings, such as adaptive rock climbing, horse therapy, and sporting events.
- support employment training through classes and workshops.
- assist a family in purchasing special needs equipment, such as an adaptive bike.
- ensure each family with a new diagnosis of Down syndrome receives a welcome basket in the hospital.
