Silent Auction Guidelines
Welcome to our 53rd St. Thomas Aquinas Golf Classic Silent Auction! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines:

General Rules
Bidding Process

• Bidders must register to bid
• Bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid and follow the minimum bid increment stated on the bid sheet.
• All bids are binding. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins the item.
  
  

Auction Closure

• The auction will close at the announced time. No bids will be accepted after this time.
• Winners will be notified via text shortly after the auction closes.
  
  

Payment

• Payment must be made in full before items are released.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, and debit cards. If you must pay with cash please advise our Auction Close Out Managers.
  
  

Tickets/E-Tickets

• Tickets for events will likely be issued as e-tickets.
• The auction winner must provide a valid email address at the time of payment.
• E-tickets are transferrable via email and will be sent ONLY to the auction winner.
  
  

Physical Items/Pickup

• Physical items must be picked up at the event location on the day of the auction.
• If immediate pickup is not possible, items can be arranged to be picked up at the STAC Institutional Advancement and Alumni Relations office.
  
  

Delivery

• If you choose to have your items delivered, you are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
• STAC will assist in arranging shipping, but the cost must be covered by the auction winner.
  
  

Additional Information
Item Descriptions

• All items are described to the best of our knowledge. Please inspect items before bidding.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
  
  

Liability

• STAC is not responsible for any items once they have been picked up or shipped.
