2025 Bridges of Poplar Creek

Golfers will tee off to support recreational programs for children and adults with disabilities. Lunch, dinner, and drinks are included along with 18 holes at the beautiful Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club. 

We hope you are able to join us and enjoy a day on the course with friends and colleagues. All proceeds will support Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF), the fundraising arm of Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) and the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates

The Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates is an organization of business and professional leaders working to promote humanitarian service, high ethical standards in all vocations and international understanding and peace.

We encourage all of you to join us for a beautiful day of golf on a great course! Registration includes lunch, dinner and refreshments along with 18 holes of golf.

Registration must be paid prior to June 16th - no refunds. 

 Check - in: 8 a.m.
Shotgun: 9:00 a.m.
Lunch at Halfway House: 12:00 p.m.
Dinner: Appx. 2:30/3 p.m. - depending on the rate of play
