Come join us on May 10th at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center for a night to support the future of the our non-profit Lubbock County Expo Center. We will open doors at 5:30 PM with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM. Live entertainment with Stan Mahler opening the night and the *Hub City Drifters* finishing the party, speakers on the expo, silent and live auctions, raffles, dancing, dinner by Jeana's Feedbag, and an open bar!

Dress is Country/Western Chic, Business Casual. (NOT formal)

Purchasing tables through our online process will allow you to pay with card. If you need to purchase with check or cash, please use the following address to send payment after emailing [email protected] about the purchase (table level, number of tables, and check number you are sending).

We are encouraging guests to bring a box of snacks (or other suggested items from the list below) upon entry, which we will donate to our local Ronald McDonald House. 

• Kitchen: Paper Towels, Plates & Bowls, Trash Bags, Plastic Forks & Spoons, Foil, Press-n-Seal, Ziploc Storage Bags, Storage Containers w/Lids, Disposable Gloves for Food Handling
• Bathroom: Toilet Paper, Facial Tissue, White Hand Towels & White Bath Towels
  
• Baby Items: Receiving Blankets
• Toiletries: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Dental Floss, Q-Tips, Deodorant, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Razors, Hand Sanitizer
• Laundry Room: Bleach, Detergent-he (any brand), Fabric Softener, Washing Machine Cleaner
• Snacks: Individually Packaged Snacks such as Granola Bars, Crackers, Peanut Butter Crackers, Cookies, Fruit Roll Ups, Fruit Cups, Pudding Cups, Snack-Size Chip Bags, Snack-Size Peanuts, Trail Mix, Easy Mac Individual Servings, Ramen Noodles, Beef Jerky, Hot Pockets, Canned Tuna, Canned Meat, Juice Boxes, Bottled Water, etc.
