Your 90-minute first visit begins with an in-depth review of your intake form, which I will provide you with, where we discuss your health history, areas of concern, and what you would like to receive from the session. This ensures the session is tailored to your needs and supports your overall well-being. You will then experience a full craniosacral therapy session. The work is done fully clothed while you rest comfortably on a treatment table. Using gentle, light touch, I listen to the subtle rhythms of your body and help release patterns of tension that may be held in the nervous system and connective tissues. The goal is to create a safe, restorative space where your body can relax, reset, and move toward greater balance.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the body's natural rhythms, fascia, and nervous system.
