Mixology Night

You missed it last year, now GO bid! Join Chris Kostelc, Tim Lyngdal and 8 of your friends for a 2 hour private cocktail class in the comfort of your own home. Prior to the mutually agreed upon date, you will discuss taste preferences for the evening.

You will receive 3 cocktail recipes and 3 base spirit bottles to keep, small amounts of other supplies, excellent ice, and any citrus needed. The evening will include a full explanation of each step, practice, tip and trick used in making cocktails, as well as answering any questions you may have. Host is responsible for providing a safe, clean space where the event will be held, hors d'ouvres, charcuterie board or substantive snacks for all present, necessary glassware for the cocktails and ensuring guests are welcomed generously and sent home with their senses intact.

Tim Lyngdal works as the Coordinator of Mission at HNOJ. After discerning out of the major seminary in St. Paul, Tim worked at a distillery in Colorado before retuning home to MN and HNOJ. Tim specializes in Bourbon, Whiskey, and stirred drinks.

Chris Kostelc is the Director of Mission and Faith Formation at HNOJ. Chris has been shaking and stirring drinks for guests in his basement bar for many years now. As a founding member of the Highball and High Cross Cocktail Club, Chris has gone through an extensive group education process that includes making liqueurs and cordials, researching classic and lost recipes, developing new cocktails, and compiling a book of drinks. Chris is known for inventing both The Pomander cocktail and the Liz's Tonic.
