How Ketamine Therapy Works
Ketamine therapy is revolutionary for people suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain conditions, drug addiction, and more; for people who have tried common treatments without success.
When individuals experience trauma or encounter hardships throughout the course of life, their neural pathways get damaged in the brain. This creates a barrier for new neurons where instead of flowing they bounce off the brain walls, causing people to suffer from depression, anxiety, and a medley of other health-related issues.
However, science is showing that Ketamine Therapy can help individuals restructure and rebuild damaged neuropathways by creating new and enhanced neuroplasticity within the brain - offering many individuals relief from symptoms after just one treatment.

Using ketamine therapy, MY Self Wellness has experience helping its clients relinquish pharmaceuticals and move past the symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain and more. The clinic encompasses a multidisciplinary group of psychiatrists, registered nurses, infusion specialists, and integration specialists. Ketamine is administered in a number of ways, including intravenous infusion (IV), intramuscular injection (IM),
intranasally, orally and sublingually (as a dissolving troche or lozenge). Each route varies per individual in the onset of action (time), bioavailability (absorption) and clearing time. Although a response is generally predictable based on past administration, it is possible that a patient may experience different physiological, psychological and emotional effects with the same dose.
Knowing the strong transformations our clients have experienced as a result of psychedelic ketamine therapy, Charles and I founded the nonprofit Warriors of Consciousness in 2022, with the mission to help those who cannot afford psychedelic ketamine therapy treatments.
