NAMI McHenry County's Sunset Gala

Event Details

Join NAMI McHenry County on Friday, May 9 2025 for our annual Sunset Gala. This exclusive event will be held from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Crystal Lake Country Club (721 Country Club Rd, Crystal Lake) and will include appetizers, cocktails (cash bar), dinner, silent auction, and a short program, where we will honor this year's Vision of Hope Awardees (to be announced!). Attire for this event is business casual. All proceeds from the event will support NAMI's free mental health services. 

Vision of Hope Awards

We are thrilled to present two Vision of Hope awards at the Sunset Gala. The Vision of Hope award is presented to a person/group whose public or private actions have resulted in the advancement of care, treatment or awareness for those living with a mental health condition and their families. Our 2025 Vision of Hope Awardees are Thomas Faber, Employment Specialist at the 22nd Judicial Circuit, and Warp Corps, a nonprofit organization that focuses on preventing suicide, substance use disorder, and homelessness.
