Responsible for Purchases

By bidding on an item, you are agreeing to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder at the close of the auction.  

Auction Rules

Values set for auction items are donor estimates and are not guaranteed by Visitation School.  Only the excess, if any of the amount paid over the listed Fair Market Value is considered tax-deductible.  Please consult with your tax advisor for full details.

Credit Card on Account

By providing your credit card at registration, you agree to your card being charged the balance due on your account at the conclusion of the campaign.

Personal Data

I consent to allowing Convent of the Visitation School to capture and use my personal data for purposes related to this campaign.  All credit card information entered for purposes of this campaign are encrypted and Visitation School will not retain access beyond the campaign. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.
