This elegant 2021 Sancerre from Pierre Prieur & Fils is a beautiful expression of France's Loire Valley. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it offers crisp acidity and vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and subtle minerality. Refreshing and refined, this wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, goat cheese, or light seasonal dishes. A classic Sancerre-bright, balanced, and full of character.

The 2019 Vina Alberdi Reserva from La Rioja Alta is a classic Rioja red that offers exceptional quality. Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced from vineyards in Labastida, Rioja Alavesa, this wine undergoes aging for two years in American oak barrels-one year in new oak followed by a second year in barrels averaging three years of age.

On the palate, it presents a harmonious blend of ripe red and black fruits, including cherry and plum, complemented by notes of vanilla, balsamic, and subtle caramel. The wine is medium-bodied with polished tannins and a silky texture, leading to a balanced and refined finish.

The 2020 Cotiere La Rinconada Vineyard Pinot Noir from California's Sta. Rita Hills is a standout expression of the region's terroir. Crafted by winemaker Kevin Law, this wine utilizes the Mount Eden clone of Pinot Noir, planted in 1997. The vineyard's sandy loam, diatomaceous earth, shale, and deeply layered alluvium soils, combined with strong maritime influences, create ideal conditions for Burgundian varietals.

Domaine Comte de Lauze Chateauneuf Du Pape White - 2020 (750ml) is a refined white wine from France's Rhine Valley, showcasing a blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 35% Roussanne, 10% Clairette, and 10% Bourboulenc. Sourced from north-facing vineyards with rocky soils, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented using native yeasts. Aging occurs primarily in stainless steel tanks, with 10% in large neutral oak barrels, enhancing texture without imparting oak flavors.

2021 Domaine de Couron Cotes du Rhone Viognier

A delightful white wine from the southern Rhine Valley, crafted with care by Jean-Luc and Marie-Lise Dorthe at their family-run estate in Saint Marcel. This wine is made from 100% Viognier grapes, sourced from 38-year-old vines planted in limestone and granite-rich soils. It undergoes a 15-day fermentation at 45*F with extended skin contact (maceration pelliculaire), producing a wine that beautifully expresses its terroir.

Tasting Notes
This Viognier offers honeyed apricot and pear aromas, sweetly floral with subtle hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it is soft and dry, with good structure and acid balance complementing the fruity flavor profile. It's a wine that brings back summer in just one sip.
