Advertise in the 2025 Gala Dinner Journal
Attended by approximately 200 guests including the Hudson Valley's maritime luminaries and devotees, major donors to Clearwater, and other Hudson River focused organizations. Guests live in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange and Dutchess Counties and New York City. Individuals are well established, community and non-profit leaders, maritime and/or environmentally focused, hold advanced degrees, are well-read and traveled, local restaurant and arts patrons, homeowners, 35 years and older.
The Dinner Journal is a souvenir of the Gala and will be distributed to all honorees and attendees.

DEADLINE & SPECIFICATIONS
- All program ads and names are due no later than February 15, 2025.
- Please provide materials in JPEG or PNG files.

- Borders are required on all advertisements except for full page ads.
- All ads are printed in Black & White.
- Ads can be designed with provided content for an additional fee of $50. All artwork must be 300 dpi at 100%. Please provide materials as JPG or PNG files.
