The pig will be roasted at a site chosen by the winner for up to 25 people and cooked by Chef Jared Clarke, Scott Shirk & Matt Burbach, Owners, on a date mutually agreed upon in 2025.

The roast will include meat as well as side dishes, Brickway, Lucky Bucket & Cut Spike beer and spirits.
