Dr. Molly N. Cline has been a volunteer for YWCA Metro St. Louis for nearly 25 years, helping to raise funds and friends for its important services and programs for women, children and families. She joined the Leader Lunch Committee representing Monsanto Company (now Bayer) in 2001 and continues to serve on this Committee today. After her retirement, Molly became even more involved with YWCA, chairing the Leader Lunch Committee (2013), the Development Committee (2017-2018) on which she still serves, the first ever YWCA Gala (2017), and has served on the Leader Lunch Honoree Selection Committee since 2011. She has been a member of the YWCA Academy of Leaders since 2010.

Molly is a plant scientist, with a PhD in Plant Pathology from the University of Illinois, Champaign -Urbana. She is very grateful for her education and the opportunities it presented to her. This gratitude compels her volunteer work for YWCA, as she would like other women to be able to reach their full potential.
