At the age of 16, I started to have seizures. After countless doctors visits and medication changes, my life slowly improved. Without the help from the EFEPA, I would have never been able to have things get better. My life slowly got better. And I was able to learn that my epilepsy is a part of my life it doesn't not control my entire life. I've now been able to graduate college, have a full time job, have a social life, and really have a better way of life. I've been able to raise money and awareness for epilepsy research and it makes me so happy. I've been 7+ years seizure free and there's no amount of money that is equal to that. I want to fundraise even more to help the foundation give to more with epilepsy and those family members of people with epilepsy.
