All players MUST have a handicap on GHIN, have played at least five times in the past year, and are responsible for their own caddy and cart fees (total of $250 per person). Winning bids over $1,500 also get lunch included. Winning bids of at least $2,500 have their caddy and cart fees paid by the host and lunch will be included.

Unaccompanied play is limited to Monday - Thursday anytime, or Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 11 AM. A forecaddie or walking caddie is required, and an additional fee plus gratuity (payable in cash only). Forecaddies - $60 per golfer. Walking Caddies - $100 per bag.

Dutchman's Pipe is a new private club in the heart of West Palm Beach featuring a 7,287 yard Jack Nicholas Signature Golf Course. Mutually agreeable time between December and May. If purchaser wishes to play before 2PM....caddies are required at an additional cost of $150 pp to be born by the purchaser/guests.
