#1: Native Topekan Gary Woodland is widely recognized as one of the most athletic players on the PGA TOUR. He has cemented himself among golf's elite competitors with PGA TOUR victories including the 2019 U.S. Open, 2018 WM Phoenix Open, 2013 Renoe-Tahoe Open, and the 2011 Transitions Championship. Woodland was diagnosed with a brain lesion and underwent lengthy brain surgery in 2023. In February 2025, Woodland was awarded the PGA Tour Courage Award. In March, Woodland tied for second place at the Texas Children's Houston Open and matched the course record with an 8-under 62 in the final round.
This new autographed flag comes packaged inside a clear sleeve. It does not include a certificate of authenticity; however, it was donated to the Ronald McDonald House by Gary's mother, Linda Woodland.
