I understand that Tails On Trails will be held rain or shine- unless local authorities deem it unsafe to do so. I understand that this is a charitable event and that Canine Partners Of The Rockies will not issue refunds if the event is canceled for any reason. I understand that Canine Partners Of The Rockies will make every reasonable effort to hold event, regardless of weather or other unrelated incidents.
