Pam and Loren Hoffman will be your ambassadors, guiding you and your guests through a tasting of 6 Boisset wines with crystal stem ware. This will be a 2 hour seated experience covering the wine details and amazing stories of the Boisset family of wines.
The Boisset family has long recognized the strong resemblance between the terroir of Burgundy and that of Sonoma County and the incredible potential to grow world-class, terroir-driven wines throughout the region. The Boisset Collection, led by Jean-Charles Boisset, a French vintner and the proprietor of the Boisset Collection, is comprised of 26 Wineries from Burgundy France and Napa/Sonoma. Their Portfolio consists of over 100 wines from these 26 Wineries.

Relationships with the farmers, the local producers, his family, customers and staff; and the respect and sincere intentions he approaches his recipes with, as well as the many interpersonal relationships that have influenced his philosophy and who he is. Pizzeria Bianco has found a second home in Los Angeles, and we are excited to continue the pizza journey here!
