Featuring a sleek design and comfortable handle, it's a must-have accessory for wine lovers who appreciate both form and function.
Sor Ugo 2020 Bolgheri Superiore: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot. Deep purple in color. Aromas of violets, blackberry, blueberry, bramble, earthy, smoke, cassis, vanilla, toast, and gravel. Evolving on the palate black cherry, black currants, boysenberry, black plum, butter, dried cranberry, cooked blackberry, burnt brown sugar, creme brulee, and leather. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, high chalky tannins. It is a full body with a fairly intense but balanced concentration of flavors that do unfold as time passes. Quite memorable with a medium plus finish.
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2018: Very aromatic, pushing out aromas of dried red and black fruit, including dried blueberries and dates, together with a nice, spicy layer of nutmeg and pressed flowers. Full-bodied with an amazingly harmonious texture to the palate, thanks to the dense, very fine tannins that also provide super length. There's a bright, saline mineral note that kicks in and pushes the finish even further. Exquisite Amarone. Drink or hold.
