The Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne 2017 has a beautiful pale yellow color and reveals a complex nose of fresh almond, hazelnut and smoky hints. The mouth is powerful and persistent with yellow fruit and vanilla perfumes.

Rated 100 Points by the International Wine Review and Wine Advocate. The 2021 Sassicaia is a truly monumental wine and clearly amongst the most compelling releases ever tasted. As this begins to unwind in the glass it quickly becomes evident that this is a special wine. The aromatics are nothing short of breathtaking, showing beautifully perfumed nuances of dark cherries, dark plums and sweet red berries that are followed by spices, fresh florals, sweet tobacco, gravel and hints of licorice all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this is incredibly detailed, refined and polished, as it displays stunning finesse and purity. The overall balance and structure is simply magnificent, as it continues to impress with excellent precision and nuance all the way through the beautiful vivid finish. The 2021 already displays immediate allure and beauty, however at this early stage it still only offers a glimpse of what is ultimately to come for this thrilling wine. This is a sensational vintage of Sassicaia that is built for the ages.

Dom Perignon Brut is a symbol of luxury and the epitome of Champagne excellence, embodying the vision and spirit of Pierre Perignon, the Benedictine monk who is often credited with inventing the traditional Champagne winemaking process. This prestigious cuvee is renowned for its precise balance, remarkable depth, and complexity. Crafted exclusively from grapes harvested in a single year, each vintage of Dom Perignon Brut strives to capture the unique character of the season, making it a true expression of time and terroir.

Rated 99 Points by James Suckling and Robert Parker's Wine Advocate- Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Opus One leaps from the glass with notes of Black Forest cake, Morello cherries, mulberries and fresh blackcurrants plus hints of licorice, wilted roses, Sichuan pepper and iron ore. Full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with juicy black, blue and red fruits, framed by velvety tannins and background freshness, finishing on a compelling earthy/mineral note. Tasted as a barrel sample, this is a truly magnificent Opus One in the making!

95 Points Robert Parker- The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate, which is a blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot, is a beauty. Bigger-boned and framed than many 2014s, with more structure, this is classic Oakville material, with an opaque purple color and a big, sweet kiss of graphite, blackcurrants, Christmas fruitcake and spice box. Full-bodied and opulent, with moderate tannin, this is a gorgeous wine to drink now and over the next 20 or more years.

Wine Spectator-Champagne, France - "Refined & minerally, with a pleasing plushness to the mouthfeel, this elegant Champagne offers delicate notes of juicy nectarine, grated ginger, toast point & spun honey, all backed by well-knit, zesty acidity, driving the lingering finish..."

This wine has an intense color, deep red, almost black with opulent layers of concentrated fruit. Excellent fruit with strong cassis flavors and impressive power on the palate carry through to the long finish with persistent soft tannins.

90 Points Wine Advocate- Firmer and more structured than its Beaune neighbor, the 2017 Pommard 1er Cru Les Epenots exhibits notes of cherries, sweet plummy fruit and spices. Medium to full-bodied, the wine's supple attack segues into a youthfully chewy palate. There's some substance here, so it should reward a little bottle age.

From Vice Versa, This 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet The Magnificent 7 is an annual challenge to ourselves to see what we can achieve. It's the interplay of weather, vineyards, clones, and the hard work of our team. The label features a "7" scrawled by each of us. Magnificent 7 is our most refined Cabernet Sauvignon, the most complex and finessed in the cellar. A barrel selection from three vineyards, it is blended to have an ethereal quality on the palate. The wine is named for The Clash's 1980 anti-conformity anthem and Akira Kurosawa's 1954 epic The Seven Samurai, in which villagers realize they must band together and collaborate to defeat marauding bandits.

Indulge in a bottle of Silver Oak 2019 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a beautifully crafted wine known for its rich flavors and impeccable balance. This exceptional vintage boasts notes of black cherry, cassis, and spice, with a smooth, lingering finish. A perfect addition to any wine lover's collection or a special occasion toast.

96 Points "A beautifully compact wine that delivers complex and nuanced aromas of Bing cherry and black raspberry with tobacco, currant leaf, and cedarwood laced with dried sage. Cool raspberry, cherry, and blackberry fruit are perfectly represented, and the lengthy finish is crisp, lively, and energetic." - Jonathan Cristaldi, Decanter

1 liter- Wine Spectator-California - Napa Valley - "A creamy, forward style, with a core of warmed raspberry and boysenberry preserves infused liberally with mocha and melted licorice. Shows a late flicker of chaparral. This is meant for near-term hedonism. Drink now through 2034."

1 liter -Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins - as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Grapes for this wine are farmed in 8 of Napa's 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

Enjoy these two (2) bottles from the Prisoner Wine Co: Solder 2025 Red Wine: Old-World elegance meets New-World taste with this blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah - a contemporary classic. Three grapes joined together; flavor soldered into a blend to provoke the palate. The Prisoner 2023 Complicit Red Blend: The newest iteration of a convention-defying collaboration from The Prisoner Wine Co. and High WestWhiskey, Complicit Red Blend is always one of our most flavorful wines. Partially aged in High West bourbon and rye barrels, this full-bodied blend of hand-picked Zinfandel and Sangiovese is ready to impress aficionados of all kinds. Tannins were a bit big in 2023 which led to blending touches of Tempranillo and Petite Sirah to achieve our desired balance. Each vineyard block was held in tank separate through to barreling. Meticulous work was done to determine lots that would see these beautiful Rye and Bourbon barrels from High West. The Whiskey barrels were still wet with spirit when wine was transferred to them. The wine aged in a mix of Whiskey and barrique wine barrels for 9 months before blending and bottling.

Enjoy these two bottles of Champagne:

• Veuve Clicquot Brut
• Telmont Reserve Brut Champagne

Veuve Clicquot Brut: This classic and iconic Champagne comes from the Champagne region of France, where the tradition of making sparkling wines dates back to the 17th century. The wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, aged for at least 30 months in the cellar, giving it flavors of apple, lemon, biscuit, and toast. This wine is a winner of the Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition. Celebrate with this wine for any occasion.

Telmont Reserve Brut Champagne: Reserve Brut is the result of a subtle marriage of three grape varieties. It is a blend of seven distinct years, together beautifully balanced, a perfect harmony of richness, fruitiness and freshness. A genuine expression of terroir, a tribute to the excellence and singularity of each year's harvest.

Enjoy these three (3) bottles from the Sonoma Coast:

• Merry Edwards 2020 Pinot Noir
• Paul Hobbs 2022 Pinot Noir
• 2014 Cobb Jack Hill Pinot Noir

Merry Edwards 2020 Pinot: The 2020 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is ripe with raspberry candy, crushed rose petal, and turned earth. The tannins in the 2020 are a touch more present and emerge on the finish, and it also has more warmth. Drink this over the next 10 years.

Paul Hobbs 2022 Pinot Noir: 97 Points (Tasting Panel) A rush of sugared beet, pomegranate, and vanilla-soaked raspberry mingles with a touch of salinity on entry, while a soil component reflects the super-cool climate of the appellation. Power and elegance coexist in this red, which finishes with graphite, peony, basil, and exotic incense.

2014 Cobb Jack Hill Pinot Noir: 94 Points- Vinous- The highlight in this set of wines, Cobb's 2014 Pinot Noir Jack Hill is vivid, nuanced and finely sketched, with all the elements in the right place. Nothing in particular stands out, instead, it is the wine's balance that speaks with great eloquence. Lifted, precise and focused, the 2014 offers striking interplay of fruit, acid and structure. The reductive character that is often present in these wines is nowhere to be found in the Jack Hill. In my view, that is a good thing. This is a gorgeous wine from Ross Cobb. The 2014 was done with 40% whole clusters. This is a striking set of wines from Ross Cobb. At a time when so many winemakers follow trends, Cobb is one of the few who has the courage to follow his own convictions. Cobb gives his wines more time in the barrel than is the norm. The wines are generally made with a high percentage of whole clusters, fermented with native yeasts and handled minimally in the cellar.

Magnum of Anthonij Rupert 2007 Merlot. The Merlot shows layers of integrated fruit aromas on the nose. The wine has a velvety mouth feel with richness and depth. Ripe red plums and dark berries on the palate enhance the delicate perfume of this wine.

Take home two great wines from other countries, 2022 Chateau Suduiraut Grand Vin Blanc from France and Penfolds 2018 Cabernet Shiraz from Australia.

2022 Chateau Suduiraut Grand Vin Blanc: 94 Points James Suckling- Attractive fruit with gooseberries, green mangoes, star fruit and a touch of cream and guavas. Ample and textural with fine phenolics and salinity delivering the perception of freshness and harmony. Drink from 2026.

Penfolds 2018 Cabernet Shiraz: Very rich, ripe and intense, this has plenty of depth and is one of the strongest statements of Penfolds' house style. Rich vanillin and sweetly spicy American oak on the nose, with chocolate, blueberry, violet, blackberry and iodine notes. The palate delivers quite approachable and supple texture, smoothly fleshy and inviting. Flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry abound. Deep and ripe finish with nutty tannins to close.

Enjoy this trio of Wine Country Reds:

• Turley 2020 Paso Robles Zinfandel
• Carhartt 2017 Petite Sirah
• En Route 2022 Pinot Noir

Turley 2020 Paso Robles Zinfandel: The darker more hedonistic cousin to the Pesenti Zinfandel, with plenty of fruits that run the full gamut from berry to stone and everything in between. Supple, juicy, and mouthwatering on the palate with a mineral zip. Drink now.

Carhartt 2017 Petite Sirah: A smooth and unpretentious Sirah. Color is dark ruby with clear edges. Currant, spice, somewhat lighter red, smooth and easy to drink.

En Route 2022 Pinot Noir: Blended from three of the most coveted vineyards in the Russian River Valley, the 2022 vintage was marked by near-perfect weather conditions. Aromas of fresh raspberry compote are complemented by notes of baking spice, and fresh rain on a forest floor. Generous-yet-soft strawberry preserve flavors expand on the palate, with elegant, silky tannins. A mouthwatering acidity glides across the finish.

Located in the heart of the Anderson Valley, our Gowan Creek Vineyard features a unique terroir with elements from the valley's warmer regions and its cooler, northern "deep end." Offering an ideal southwestern exposure, and an array of unique vineyard blocks planted with clones of Pinot Noir carefully tailored to each site and soil type. The expressive wine produced from these vines displays beautiful inky depth and robust untamed fruit flavors.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Platinum is blended of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot and 6% Malbec aged in 50% new French oak, 25% American oak and 25% Hungarian oak for 19 months. Deep garnet-purple colored, it leaps from the glass with creme de cassis, blackberry pie and kirsch notes with hints of cigar box, underbrush and black pepper. Full, concentrated and firmly packed with earth-laced black fruits, it has a chewy frame and savory finish.

Two bottles of Telmont Reserve Brut Champagne: Reserve Brut is the result of a subtle marriage of three grape varieties. It is a blend of seven distinct years, together beautifully balanced, a perfect harmony of richness, fruitiness and freshness. A genuine expression of terroir, a tribute to the excellence and singularity of each year's harvest. Veuve Clicquot Brut: Classic and iconic Champagne comes from the Champagne region of France, where the tradition of making sparkling wines dates back to the 17th century.

Enjoy this Trio of Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa Valley:

• Duckhorn 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
• Stag's Leap 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
• The Pact 2013 Faust

The 2017 Stag's Leap Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive and inviting, with a bouquet of wild blackberry and fresh black currant fruit alongside delicate floral notes of geranium and violet, with warmer notes of caramel, sweet cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper spice coming through from the oak integration. On the palate, the berry fruit profile continues with juicy blackberry, cassis and strawberry, but there are also hints of sweet tobacco, brown spice and bittersweet chocolate, giving this Cabernet a rich charm and fullness. Seamlessly integrated oak and cocoa-powdery tannins provide a plush mouthfeel and add layers of complexity, all wrapping up with a lengthy textured finish. Incredibly approachable and pleasing upon release, this wine is sure to impress and pair well alongside many culinary treats.

The 2013 The Pact Faust is Cabernet Sauvignon from primarily Coombsville and Rutherford, but some other small lots are in the blend, according to winemaker Charles Thomas, who has an impressive resume, having worked at Rudd Estate as well as Robert Mondavi. The wine ratchets up the levels of richness, displaying a deep purple color and notes of pen ink, creme de cassis and vanilla in a medium to full-bodied, impressive style. It is meant to be drunk now and over the next 15 or so years.

Duckhorn 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon:We have been producing Cabernet Sauvignon since 1978. Blending fruit from estate vineyards and top Napa Valley growers, this wine embodies the complexity of the valley, while offering a seamless balance between fruit, oak and tannins. To add nuance the Cabernet is blended with Merlot, yielding a wine that is approachable in its youth, yet worthy of cellaring.

Elevated with time, after close to 15 years in the darkness of the cellar, expansion of energy reaches its peak and the wine rises to an apex of essential, radiant vitality. Elevated to new heights, Dom Perignon's uniqueness sings out higher and clearer than ever before. Citrusy notes of pink grapefruit and blood oranges gently cede to figs with cocoa, mocha, roasted nuts, brioche, and honey. The additional time on the lees elevates the minerality of the vintage with the sublime maturity that is Dom Perignon's signature.

• Justin Isosceles 2014
• Justin Isosceles 2015
• Justin Isosceles 2016

Justin Isosceles 2013: Bright, nearly opaque, ruby purple core with a narrow, moderate intensity rim and slow forming slightly stained tears. Intense and complex with aromas of ripe black fruit, baking spice, sweet tobacco, leather, cocoa, oak barrel elements with subtle smoky eucalyptus accents. Dry and full-bodied with rich black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and licorice spice notes on the entry. Savory, herbal and mint notes appear, followed by dark chocolate and smoky oak elements on the mid palate. The finish is very long and crisp with a complex interplay between the savory mid-palate and returning fruit of red cherry candy and sweet spice with a floral hint of violet, all framed by soft, chewy tannins. The 2013 ISOSCELES is drinking exceptionally well at release but has the structure to further develop beautifully over time.

Justin Isosceles 2014: The 2014 Isosceles is exceptionally approachable early on with generous black fruit, spice, and balanced textures, but ultimately structured to last for years in your cellar.

Justin Isosceles 2015: In 1987, we made our first vintage of a wine styled after the famous First Growth producers of Bordeaux, created with the same uncompromising care as the Grands Vins of those venerable chateaux. Since then, ISOSCELES has been our flagship wine and quality benchmark for this style of wine here on the Central Coast of California. A blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon and supported by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, ISOSCELES shows why Paso Robles is such a great place to grow these varieties. This library release is perfect for those who appreciate the character and complexity of mature wine. You'll notice that the wine's primary flavors have become less dominant with aging, creating entirely new aromas and flavors to enjoy.

Justin Isosceles 2016: Isosceles Reserve is built upon the exceptional quality and character of the Bordeaux grape varieties grown in Paso Robles. Our 2016 ISOSCELES Reserve has cellared nicely, gaining new layers of complexity, and revealing the wine's true potential over time. Take home this beautiful boxed wine set of three (3) 2013 Justin Eighty One Cabernet Sauvignon: In 1981, Justin Baldwin began a quest to make fine wines in Paso Robles based on the traditions of the winemaking region of Bordeaux, France. The Paso Robles region proved to be an ideal place to grow cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc, the varieties that are the core of our Bordeaux-styled blend, ISOSCELES. We chose to name this wine EIGHTY ONE to honor the year we began our journey. Produced in very limited quantities, EIGHTY ONE is a stunning example of a world-class cabernet sauvignon that balances power and complexity and, like the best California cabernet sauvignon, has an ability to age beautifully.
